Dr. Gladden gives an example of his great-grandfather, who lived to be ninety-six, and how he drank eight glasses of water daily. (23:00)

Dr. Gladden emphasizes that it’s not just about measuring the age but about what we do with the results. (27:10) 

Dr. Gladden states that genetics may be an asset in one situation and a liability in another situation. (28:02) 

Dr. Gladden points out that you lose sodium and fluid in the sauna, too, and hydrating is important. (29:10) 

Dr. Gladden advises readers to take deeper looks and read studies in detail when they are posted or released in the news as they may not apply to them and also take other factors at play. (31:39) 

Dr. Gladden suggests that in dealing with studies, you must look at them through your own lenses to know what works. (33:25) 

Dr. Gladden advocates that you are better off maximizing your own NAD production. (35:17) 

Dr. Gladden mentions how Sinclair actually popularized NMN as the best molecule to allow people to make NAD. (37:10)
