If you feel like you aren’t moving in the direction of where you want to be in 2023, (join the club and) listen to this episode today!
We all feel off track sometimes, and taking time to reflect helps us find more peace and clarity and get focused on what matters most in our lives.
There is no better time than mid-year to reflect!
In this episode, I share my five favorite prompts that help me reflect on my progress in life. These prompts are:
No. 1 In the past six months, what are you proud of yourself for? And how will you celebrate these accomplishments today?
No. 2 What is working in your life right now? I will talk about what and who is giving you “high-vibe” energy…
No. 3 What isn’t working? Obstacles, roadblocks? What is giving you low-vibe energy
No. 4 On December 31st, what is one thing you would like to accomplish? And why does this matter to you?
No. 5 What are 1-3 action steps you can take from today until the end of the year to help you achieve this accomplishment?
I forgot to mention in this episode is to focus on progress, not perfection (I can’t believe I forgot that one!)
One more thing….I’m proud of how far you’ve come, not just this year but in life!
Thank you for listening, friend!
