She helps mental health professionals and their interdisciplinary teams get out of their own way with grief so that they can support the grievers who need them and stop referring them out or avoiding conversations on death, dying or bereavement.
She is passionate about squashing grief illiteracy with grief education, advocacy and compassionate connections. A grief wellness perspective is at the forefront of all that she does with a primary holistic focus on the heart, mind, body, soul and spirit. Her speaking engagements, workshops and consulting, helps those grieving to create healthy boundaries so that they don’t have the need to choose to abandon their grief, believe they are betraying their loss or have to stay stuck in a life of sorrow.
She is also the founder and owner of Live Life Changed ©, Compassionate Connectors ©, Dying for Meaning© and Grief Wellness© of livelifechanged.com where mindful grieving meets meaningful living and connectors take an active role in companioning, grieving and healing.
She is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida
