Dr. Stacey Cooper 03:22
Well, and that is one of the key components right now is the energy that fear puts into your body. It creates a diseased state. So, when you want to step into health, nobody's telling you anything about how to stay healthy or get healthy or prevent anything. And they're actually taking away everything that would help you to get healthy. Because health comes from within. Your body has warriors within it to keep you strong and healthy. Your body was designed that way.
Dr. Stacey Cooper 09:19
The North American diet is like putting diesel fuel in a gasoline engine. The engine isn't running properly. So, the North American diet is fueling the body in a bad way. And the diabetic epidemic, this is the first generation of children who will not outlive their parents. And this too, is a crime because in today's society with health and wellness, all the technology that we have and all the conveniences, longevity is supposed to be increasing, not decreasing
Dr. Stacey Cooper
Whatever environment you provide for your body, it can adapt to that environment. However, if that environment is a negative environment, and it's negatively influencing the health of your body, your body will do the best that it can for as long as it can, until it can't adapt anymore. And that's when signs and symptoms start to show up. And disease starts to show up. And dysfunction of cells, organs and systems begins to show up. But the remarkable thing is you can reverse any disease process by changing the environment you provide for your body.
