Awareness of Sensory Experience with Movement

This mindful movement practice introduces a few minutes of mild exertion where the arms are extended above the head so that a more direct knowing of body sensations may inform and guide this mindful awareness practice.  Through this practice we notice the ways the body signals us to find relief, and we cultivate a more present moment awareness of the desire.  When relief comes, we attend to sensations throughout the body, including the breath and beating heart.
