Lisa is a lawyer, coach, mentor, charity trustee, fitness, yoga and mindfulness teacher, endurance runner and a mum of 2. Her growth mind set and curiosity drive her to try new things and she’s become highly experienced at juggling multiple roles and projects underpinned by her purpose to support others to reach their potential.
Lisa has over 15 years experience in the Legal and Financial Services industries. After a significant life event 11 years ago, Lisa made a pivot in her career, moving from a high pressured international law firm to a bank where she had more balance and could pursue other interests.
Lisa is a certified Coach who provides coaching and mentoring to private clients andthrough programmes with corporates, educational institutions and social enterprises including NatWest, Coutts, Women in Banking & Finance,Sisterhood, University of Law, Dechomai, Hatch and Digital Boost.
As Global Co-Chair of an internal Gender Network with 9,000 members and a member and volunteer for a number of other external networks including BAFTWomen in Transaction Banking, Women in Working Capital and Women in Banking& Finance, Lisa champions diversity of thought, advocates for equity for all and practices inclusive leadership.
