He’s passionate about helping normal people tweak their habits and behaviours to make positive changes in their diet. “it isn’t about grand gestures or fad diets, it’s about easy incremental changes which will still be with you in a year, in 10 years even”. He doesn’t come from a position in preaching, he has an understanding approach which will bring people along with him on the journey.
