After completing his MS in Sports Performance and Human Biology, Justin sought out post-graduate work in functional medicine. His 15-year career as a performance director in the NHL and NCAA, prepared Justin Roethlingshoefer for entrepreneurship after realizing that the holistic health solutions he had found a personalized solution to was just not an athlete problem but a human problem.
He founded Own It in 2021 and has become a multiple seven-figure coaching company that applies this health and performance philosophy to clients ranging from NHL stars, to Fortune 500 executives, to entrepreneurs looking to take that next step and realize true health. From sleeping better to mental clarity, reduced anxiety, and increase in energy, he and his team have been providing n=1 solutions for over 10 thousand people the last 2 years.

As CEO of Own It Coaching, Alyse Gaulin comes with a wealth of experience after helping grow multi-billion dollar corporations in the retail industry, and most recently as an executive at Christian Louboutin. In her role there, she built teams that consistently over-performed & contributed to significant growth.
After working her way up the corporate structure, she knew in her heart that she was an entrepreneur with a passion to change peoples’ lives. She went back to school and invested heavily into her own development and education to become an iPEC and ELI-MP certified coach, with thousands of hours of formal training.
