Allie shared how excited she was to win a free ticket, showing how helpful it is to give new professionals chances to grow. Shannon talked about how the forum felt welcoming and praised the organizers for including different voices, especially in talks about money and business deals in ad tech.
They also discussed big changes happening in the ad tech world — like how people’s online behavior is changing and how AI is starting to play a bigger role in making money from content. They mentioned smart ideas from speakers like Andrew Casale about how DSPs and SSPs are changing.
We also celebrated how important community is, especially groups like the Women in Programmatic Network and A very special Thank You to Advance Women for bringing this together. Shannon and Allie talked about how male allies can help support women in ad tech and why that's so important.
