After an "exciting" career in the car rental industry, Adam became a real estate investor in 2012.

 

He now owns and operates two HomeVestors (We Buy Ugly Houses) franchises in North Carolina, is a partner in a hard money lending company (Oakwood Lending), which provides loans primarily on flips, throughout North Carolina. In 2022, he began acquiring properties for cash, and then selling them with owner financing. In 2024, he began selling his short term rentals with owner financing. In his free time, you'll usually find him on a pickleball court or travelling.
