Most recently, she’s been making waves in an emerging niche: purchasing model homes from new home builders with leaseback options—blending smart investing with creative strategy.

Beyond the business, Lisa is a proud mom of two—one in college and one nearing graduation—and a devoted pet parent to three beloved fur babies.
