With it being Episode 400, I thought of no better way to mark the occasion than to recap the trip and dive into a few topics we covered whilst out there.
The retreat was based in New Jersey, where we hiked a nature reserve before diving into the infamous Enter The Void workshop. 30 RNTers from around the US came together to experience something they’d never done before…The Void. This is the moment when you’re so dialled into a set during a workout you forget about everything. Your mind is blank. This state is why I love all forms of training. It’s my goal to “get there” each time. And in this workshop I wanted more of the RNTers to experience this. Once you have this down, your results in every aspect - mentally, physically, spiritually… just skyrocket. From the Void, we hosted a Live Group Coaching Session, which blended into dinner and a few drinks in the evening. Hearing stories, seeing breakthroughs, and witnessing the transformations is why we do what we do at RNT.
Topics which came up a lot on the weekend included building a new identity, managing lifestyle demands, and more than anything… what it takes to create your perfect lifestyle solution. In this podcast we dive into each of these.
Going on a transformation journey can be a lonely experience when you’re around friends and family who might not “get” what you do. One of the best things to come from the weekend was the idea of “normalising” a lifestyle where you put your health and fitness number 1. So now we’re busy planning one more workshop in London towards the tail end of the year before creating the events calendar for 2025.
