But that can also mean that things need to get shaken up first. Some things that you've avoided dealing with will come to the surface to be dealt with. This is you making the energetic space in your body and your auric field so you have room to ACCEPT what you asked for!
So we're just going to be honest with ourselves as we go through The Joy Project. We don't have to only share joy itself; we can also share the JOURNEY and the reality that it's not always easy.
But the most important thing is to lean into trust that joy is here, joy is coming, that we deserve to feel joy, that we are capable of receiving and fully accepting that energy. Be authentic, and keep your eyes on the goal of creating more joy in your life!
