Throughout my career at every company I have ever worked, they use acronyms.  You know what I am talking about, those little series of letters that represent a longer, more involved phrase, like IDK for “I don’t know” or LOL for “laugh out loud”.

Business has a love affair with acronyms which means they are here to stay.  So, today, I am going to share my all-time favorite acronym for leaders.

I learned this technique decades ago and I still use it to this day. Trust me when I say, if you build this one acronym into your leadership vocabulary and messaging, your life will be much easier.

I hope you enjoy this video, learn something that you can apply right away, and by the end we’ve helped you start to get from where you are to where you want to be.
