In a world that is moves so quickly keeping us busy and distracted and often overwhelmed, it’s easy to get pulled into Life’s tasks and responsibilities.
While it’s our mind’s job to do and think, when out of balance, Life’s sense of urgency to do more creates disconnection within ourselves and feelings of overwhelm.
Only when we can find stillness within us, that we can see clearly from a place of calm and clarity. Otherwise we keep spinning.
