This week in our re-read of L. David Marquet’s, Leadership is Language: The Hidden Power of What You Say – and What You Don’t, Leaving Bluework Behind: Commit. Whether you classify thinking as System Two thinking or bluework, at some point you have to cross the barrier from contemplation to doing.
