Quotes:

In an ideal world, ideal situation, we are exposing kids to all types of physical activity, so they find the one or ones that bring them joy.”

They do want to move, they just want opportunities to find ways to do so that's joyful.”

It is also critical that kids learn certain skills within that grade three to five window or else it becomes a lot more challenging.”

I want these children to fall in love and feel joy with movement because we all know that we feel happier. We feel more positive, we have more patience, and we are way more empowered.”

You want every kid to just look at everything through that movement lens. And in order for that to happen, they know they don't just have to because we know physical activity is good.”

We have to experience the joy and the empowerment, to make decisions.”
