Today, on this episode of The Sub2Deals Podcast, we discuss integrity...in real estate investing and more.

Many people proclaim to be bastions of integrity, but the truth is, many of them do things when you aren't looking that they wouldn't want you to know about.

Sure, some people are just bad people. They will go into a deal with every intention of screwing you over. This person certainly has a lack of integrity.

What about a deal where things went bad that were out of their control? Do they not have any integrity?

So many times in our business, people get a reputation for "lack of integrity" when it was nothing they did intentionally at all.

The truth is...there is so much more to integrity than real estate deals that go wrong and some pretty self proclaimed pious people are lacking in it.

We all screw up from time to time. We are humans. Forgiving a screw up is usually pretty easy. Forgiving someone who revels in being a jerk...that one is a little tougher.

What You Will Learn

* What is integrity?
* What are some of the parts of integrity many people seem to forget about?
* What should you do when you find yourself in a room full of people who lack critical components of integrity?
