<p> 13. 1:3:1 rule: What's the real problem that will fix 80% of the issues, what are the 3 solutions to solve that problem, and what is the 1 that would be the best option to move forward with. </p>

<p> 14. Everyone has different goals, and there's not one vehicle to get there. </p>

<p> 15. By learning what not to do, you learn what to do. </p>
