Off the back of remedying his own mental health issues with running, Charlie has gone on to create a collective who all share a passion for running culture. From London to Berlin, RDC is global and growing and the boys get deep in discussing all aspects of the movement as well as their own experiences, aspirations and motivators to get fitter.
