STRONG AS A MOTHER (AND FATHER)
Because strength isn't just about lifting weights — it's about showing up, staying present, and doing the hard stuff, day after day… even when you're exhausted. Hosted by Nick and Hailey Bland, founders of Bland Family Fitness and parents of two, this podcast is your go-to place for real, unfiltered conversations about health, family, and the messy middle of it all. We’ll cover: * How to build a body that keeps up with your kids * How to enjoy food and still reach your goals * How to ditch all-or-nothing thinking and create real balance * How to prioritize yourself without guilt * What it actually looks like to live this out as a family * And how our faith keeps us grounded through it all Whether you’re deep in the toddler trenches, working 12-hour shifts, or just trying to feel good in your own skin again — you’re in the right place. Because the strongest thing you can be? A parent who doesn’t quit on themselves — and who leads with purpose.
