Tha Monster Within is my personal journey with mental health. It is an intimate look, a glimpse behind the curtain of what day to day is like for me as I struggle with mental health disorders. Throughout each episode we will look in the dark corners of my mind. We will dive deep into my personal struggle with invisible adversaries. You will walk hand in hand with me as my journey unfolds. Along this journey I will also have guest from medical professionals, caregivers, laypeople, and other people who have experienced or walked a similar path on mental health.

THA Talks is a regularly produced independent alternative podcast series of interviews and talks which has been producing podcasts for over 5 years. We indulge in topics generally considered marginal, strange, controversial, occult, or just good old "extreme"!. Standing by the idea of creating a platform where people can share their views free of judgment. “Free thoughts and Open Minds” is more than a tagline; it’s the principle behind the project. Having recently seen our Twitter account closed with no explanation and Facebook page left dormant due to repeated banning of Facebook accounts, we are increasingly relying on alternative options that value freedom of speech and democracy. We rely more than ever on you the listeners to help promote this content which is free for all. Paul and his occasional co-hosts John, David & Seana, who all share their own outlooks and ideas, delve into new perspectives, theories, and intelligent conversations about some of the news, wonders, oddities, and political agendas occurring in our world today. Our hosts have had the opportunity to interview a wide selection of guests from around the world as we continue to cover topics of News & Politics, Conspiracy, Spirituality, The Occult, History, Art, and much more.
