The fear of endings and all the grief that comes with letting something go. In this episode, Arlene and Valerie pull back the curtain on one of the most misunderstood centers in Human Design â the Splenic Center â and reveal something that might just reframe the way you understand every fear you've ever had. What This Episode Explores The Splenic Center is one of the oldest energy centers in Human Design. It lives in the body as survival instinct, in the nervous system as fight or flight, and in the quiet moment before you make a decision as that whisper you either listen to or talk yourself out of.
