A podcast with the purpose to educate, motivate and entertain. Hannah Burgon is a personal trainer with a First Class 'Sport Science' degree and a Masters in 'Sport & Exercise Nutrition'. She is also a Hyrox Performance Coach. Using her experience as a coach & her education, 'The Burgon Fitness Podcast' aims to educate YOU and help you level up your own training. She aims to do this in a fun and engaging way. Weekly features of the podcast will include, 'Debunking Myths', 'Story Of The Week' and 'Reflections Of The Week'.
