This week on the podcast, I was joined by my twin sister, Rachel. Rachel is currently on a doctorate, training to become a 'Clinical Psychologist' and has completed a degree in psychology. She has completed two ultra marathons, 4 running challenges (3 of which were ultras and one being a 24 hour paired race, gaining a podium spot). More recently, she ran the London marathon (3hours 19) and then a week later ran a Manchester marathon with a Time of 3h14.
