You might have entered your hibernation period back at Halloween and are just now kicking on the steam engine after a hard stop. Or you might have just come off of a one to two-week break or no break at all. Everyone has a happy face and maybe a few extra pounds ready to dive into all of the New Year’s resolutions, including your best year in business and life. But what if you fell short of hitting your goals last year? What if it feels like you backslide? What if life threw you a few curve balls you didn’t see coming? What if, instead of feeling energized for the new year, you feel quite drained and kicked to the curve? What if behind the happy-face mask, you are asking, “Why isn’t my business working?”? I’ve built my business on making lots of business and life mistakes and helping my clients avoid them. I’ve come through the fire, risen from the ashes, and have learned the art of taking that next step with the sincere belief that today is going to be better and the only way I fail is by giving up.
