Being advised with mainstream approaches as his solution, along with the standard, “eat less, move more” resulted in minimal, or no success with eventual regain. In 2009, he reached his highest weight of 265 pounds. His doctor advised and encouraged him to take medications after his blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol reached dangerous levels at the age of only 35. His commitment to a low carb lifestyle resulted in a 100-pound weight loss, and he was able to reverse his abnormal health markers improving his heart health and avoiding type 2 diabetes. Brian has maintained his weight loss for the last 14 years. Brian is also an ACE certified personal trainer. Jessyca Reynolds is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Life Coach who has over 10,000 hours of coaching experience in the last six years working with hundreds of clients. At age 41, she had all but given up on life. She was taking 17 pills a day for bulimia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, chronic migraine, bladder disease, and other ailments. She spent every day completely consumed by food addiction and bingeing. She was 309 lbs, the highest weight of her life. Her high blood pressure put her at severe risk for stroke and heart attack. She decided she had to change if she wanted to live. She was tired of missing out on life. A drastic change in diet to a Ketogenic lifestyle was the beginning of her total transformation.
