This podcast serves to provide to our community with multiple perspectives on the justice system. We aim to give insight from various branches such as prosecution, victim services, community agencies, police, claims, etc. that are encapsulated within the system. In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we will hear about the Lee Bell case specifically focusing on the victim, Pearla Louis. Assistant District Attorney, Michael Swart will provide some background information on the case and the daughter of the late Pearla Louis, Ayesha Louis will speak on her healing process and her advocacy work throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
