Discussion, debate, even a little dispute – expect it all on The Book Club Review. Every month hosts Kate and Laura bring you a new episode. That could be Book Club where we chat about the book read most recently by one of our book clubs. It could be Bookshelf, an episode dedicated to the books we’re reading outside of book club – the ones we get to pick and choose. Or it could be an interview with a book club, bookshop or book lover. Whatever the topic, every episode features lively and frank reviews and recommendations.

Welcome to the intersection of creativity and spirituality, a pilgrimage through time and space with Lobsterbird. Here, entrepreneurship is a holistic spiritual path, where travel, art, energy, and healing weave together, creating a space for presence, inspiration, and transcendence – a Bridge to Being. Welcome to the state that exists between worlds. Cultural anthropologist Victor Turner calls it liminality, where one thing is in a state of transitioning: “Liminal entities are neither here nor there; they are betwixt and between.” Buddhists have the Bardo. Catholics have Purgatory. As a lobsterbird (½ lobster, ½ bird, ½ Asian, ½ Western, ½ a dweller in this society, ½ time spent in creative realms of flow), I live in and embody this state. In fact, I believe we, as humans, are the bridge between the earth and the heavens, and it is through our acts of creativity that we manifest this glorious world of forms. In this podcast, I explore this multitude of forms, taking you along on my own adventures through space, exploring the transitions where we can rest and find something out about our true nature.

New Episodes every other Thursday! Love Your Bodd, hosted by Heather Boddy, is a podcast focused on creating a dialogue around body image. The podcast was on hiatus from mid 2019 - mid 2022. Heather's philosophies and priorities shifted while doing Love Your Bodd so if you're new here, please start with the 2022 "Start Here" Episode! We all have insecurities. You are not alone in your struggles. In Love Your Bodd, Heather Boddy sits down with artists, activists, health & fitness professionals and more, to discuss body image and how our insecurities make us who we are. The lack of representation in the arts and media is overwhelming. It's time to hold up a mirror to society and talk about how it can affect us. It's also time to hold a mirror up to ourselves and truly love that person we see staring back at us. Do you love your bodd?
