ASIA & ALCHEMY (FORMERLY BUSINESS BADDIES)
*Formerly the Business Baddies Podcast & The Glow Up Season Podcast* Asia & Alchemy: A podcast about transformation, healing, and the courage to become your fullest, most authentic and liberated self. Asia & Alchemy is a space for real, raw, and honest storytelling — the kind that reminds you that you’re not alone, and that nothing you’ve lived through was wasted. Hosted by Asia Camacho Hilario, Self-Love Coach, international keynote speaker, and Founder of Sagan Flores (the CNMI’s first holistic mental health nonprofit) this podcast explores what it truly means to alchemize pain into wisdom, fear into courage, and survival into self-trust. As an Indigenous daughter of the Northern Mariana Islands and a half-Filipino woman, Asia brings a deeply personal and culturally rooted lens to healing. After surviving severe childhood abuse and healing her own depression, anxiety, and cPTSD through holistic modalities, she devoted her life to expanding access to alternative healing, emotional wellness, and mind–body–spirit liberation — both in her community and beyond. Each episode weaves together lived experience, trauma-informed insight, and soul-level reflection. You’ll hear Asia’s personal stories of heartbreak, growth, grief, and expansion, alongside conversations with inspiring guests who embody resilience, embodiment, and aligned living. This is not about perfection or having all the answers — it’s about walking the path together. Rooted in themes of trauma healing, epigenetics, subconscious rewiring, and self-love, Asia & Alchemy honors the truth that while we may inherit pain, we also inherit the power to transform it. Why “Alchemy”? Because alchemy is the sacred process of transformation. It’s not bypassing the hard parts — it’s letting them shape you into someone more grounded, embodied, and free. If you’re here, you’re already part of the alchemy. Note: This podcast was formerly known as The Glow Up Season Podcast and Business Baddies Podcast. If you scroll back to episodes released before December 28 and notice a different intro — that’s why. Welcome home.

HERE'S THE PROBLEM
Here’s the problem...the world is a mess; but a mediator and political scientist think they have figured out a way to change the current disheartening trajectory of our society. Motivated by a shared passion for creating a positive change in the world and empowering others to rise as leaders, Matthew DeSantis and Kelly Nagle founded the Teen Think Tank Project, with the vision of giving a future generation of change agents a voice in the world they will inherit. In order to facilitate the goals of the Teen Think Tank Project and engage both our students and our listeners in thought-provoking conversations, we’ve created this podcast. Each week, thought leaders and experts will join Kelly to explore a specific problem facing our society. We will rely on fact-based information, listen to understand and challenge our own ingrained perspectives. Because at Here’s the Problem Podcast we believe that this is the only way to chart a course towards cooperation, empathy and ultimately effective change.
