END WELL
Most of us hope to live well through to the end of our lives but how do we do that? Each week, you’ll hear thought-provoking talks from relationship experts, death doulas, nurses, comedians, and more who give us permission to break free from old thinking that says you're either sick or well, loving or leaving, strong or vulnerable. Learn why having a healthy relationship with dying is the first step towards having a more joyous relationship with living. Hosted by Dr. Shoshana Ungerleider. VOICES FROM THE OTHER SIDE
Voices from the Other Side is primarily intended, first of all, to be a beacon of hope and a true 'voice" for our "forgotten" incarcerated communities, of both women and men , within the confines of the Department of Corrections. Certainly our target audience( as well as interviewees) may very well be these same prisoners , who might otherwise ,for the most part, face an almost insurmountable task of ever being heard from, by the outside community, while serving out their sentences. On the other hand, our "stakeholders" could very well, for example, also include the Commissioner of the DOC, leaders within the "recovery communities," or perhaps someone advocating on behalf of the Maine Prisoner Advocacy Coalition.also, ... In gratitude to Michael Geneseo, Graphic Artist, for his conceptual ideas, to final image design we believe best captures our vision and spirit, in his own words... " I wanted to use elements that gave a feeling of imprisonment while affording some wiggle room in the graphics so that it’s not all prison. The orange I chose is two-fold: first to reference the orange jumpsuits that are so synonymous with jail and second because orange is an active and positive color. "

ALL THINGS A SOLDIER'S CHILD PODCAST
Welcome to All Things A Soldier's Child. This podcast is showcasing the incredible work being done by nationally recognized, "A Soldier's Child Foundation". A Soldier’s Child (ASC) Foundation was founded by Daryl J.W. Mackin after his neighbors lost their son, Marine Staff Sergeant Marcus Golczynski in Iraq on March 27, 2007. Many families of our fallen ask “did it matter and does anybody even care.” Marcus wrote this in a letter to his family and friends before he was killed on the battlefield; “Stand beside us, because we would do it for you.” How do we do that now that they are gone? Care for their children that have been left behind. Listen in to hear stories of hope and inspiration while following along the journey of participants, donors, and more that support A Soldier's Child!
