MOTHER FLIPPING AWESOME
A parenting podcast for everyday superheroes in need of a pick me up. Parenting requires a heroic effort every day: Wake everyone. Feed everyone. Get out the door on time. Do your work. Make a living. Keep a home. Stop the siblings from attacking each other. Walk the dog. Care for yourself. Make sure they're doing their homework. Teach them emotional skills. Do the laundry. Get the teen to put the phone down. Tend to your adult relationships. Read the middle one a story. Get them to sleep on time. Do the dishes. Try to sleep yourself – if the baby lets you. Start over. Some days we do it all feeling like Wonder Woman / Superman, leaping over meltdowns in a single bound, and some days we feel like lowly mortals who can't catch a break or even get a moment to pee! We at MFA are your superhero headquarters for this heroic mission. We help you rise to the demands of this extraordinary job, and we are your emotional safety net for when you fall. Most of all, we're here to speak with profound honesty about the honestly profound work of parenting, because we believe our stories deserve to be told. Welcome, we're glad you're here.

WHAT'S GOOD, MAN?
“What’s Good, Man?” is a podcast in search of healthy masculinity. Hosted by rappers, writers, and activists Guante and tony the scribe, it’s a response to a pressing need: most of us agree that old-fashioned, violent masculinity needs to change, but aren't sure what comes next. We're here to try to figure it out, together. With episodes on men’s role in the feminist movement, how masculinity is portrayed in pop culture, healthy sexuality, and more, “What’s Good, Man?” strives to be a space for honest, critical conversations about what manhood is, but also about what it could be.

BA.WOMEN PODCAST WITH EMMA SIEVERS
With all the crazy buzzwords floating around these days, you might be wondering what we mean when we say “badass”? Perhaps the first image in your mind is someone wearing assless chaps, careening down the highway on a motorcycle at 75 miles per hour. While we can’t deny the inherent badassery in that act, we do, in fact, believe that being a badass is subjective and truly in the eyes of the beholder. Not to mention, it encompasses a whole hell of a lot more than just adrenaline-packed motorsports. Badasses feel. Badasses cry. Badasses binge eat ice cream and might prefer four wheels instead of two. Feelin’ us? Each guest on our podcast has created their own definition of the word, from what it looks like to how it feels — with unfiltered honesty about the roadblocks along the way.
