EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL JUSTICE BY YUNA PODCAST
I am an integrative Counsellor/Therapist. My Podcast is centred around emotional and mental health. Emotional and Mental Justice is something we all seek and need. It is at the core of our sanity. It is central to the things that help us function and live a healthy balanced life. It is also something that can be very difficult to attain without the right tools. Through this journey with me, we are going to be acknowledging our trials and tribulations, trying to understand our own situations and how we have come to be the person we are today, whilst empowering each other to not suffer in silence
WERE YOU STILL TALKING?
It’s about people, places, arts, food, culture, putting positive energy in the world, how all of us have something to say or maybe we don’t, drugs, exercise (or exorcise, if you spell it wrong!), laziness, motivation, breathing! The connection we all share on the planet and quite possibly getting away from the pedestrian level of consciousness. Music by Jon Griffin.

DOWN THE PATH
This is the story of Stanley Bain and his crew of four men - who disappeared sometime after August 5th in 1995 from South Andros Island. The crew set off together on a fishing trip for Lobster, to feed guests of the Cargill Creek fly fishing lodge for the upcoming season. The outing was supposed to last two weeks - according to most accounts, the mission was to harvest 1000 lobsters. The men... the boats... were never seen again.
