LIFE AFTER ADDICTION AND INDICTMENT
If you’ve been addicted or indicted and you’re stuck because you continue to get judged by your past, I know what it feels like to be ignored and have doors slammed in your face, so if you’re ready to take control of your life through entrepreneurship and mindset, this podcast is for you. My name is Steve Cloward, a serial entrepreneur. I built two multi-million-dollar businesses that gave me passive income and the time freedom to spend time with my family doing what I wanted, when I wanted, while battling a 14 year addiction to opiates. After getting sober I ended up getting indicted on a federal conspiracy charge and lost it all and found myself in federal prison. After almost two years in prison, I realized I lost a lot more than my freedom. I had lost my identity, my confidence, and I wasn’t sure if I would lose my wife too. For most of the past decade, I spent over $100,000 on coaches, courses, masterminds and events searching for my identity and what was holding me back. The little voice inside my head kept creating doubt, overwhelm, anxiety and self-rejection. I knew my purpose and passion, but I kept pushing it away until one day I made the decision to reclaim my life and power again. If you’re struggling and you’re not sure what’s holding you back but you’re ready to reclaim your life and power through a change in mindset and entrepreneurship, I’ve got the experience, resources and relationships to get you there.

ON CRISIS WITH JOANNA DOVEN
In the age of ‘fake news,’ political discord, lightning-fast news cycles and social media shaming, it’s essential that all businesses understand crisis communications and have a plan in place. On Crisis, was created by Joanna Doven, one of the U.S.’s youngest big city mayoral press secretaries, who led communications for the 2009 G-20 Economic Summit and in 2013 founded a public relations firm, Premo Consultants. She has since helped some of the world’s largest companies, educational institutions and regional nonprofits navigate employee scandals, reinvent their brands, and glide through turbulent partisan backlash. Doven guest lectures at her alma mater, Carnegie Mellon, and serves as a guest talk show host on KDKA Radio, the world’s first radio station. On Crisis features Doven talking with leaders whose experiences with crisis management run the gamut from skillful leadership that led to better brand recognition to those whose mistakes resulted in dire consequences for the brands they serve. Doven unearths behind-the-scenes stories of real-time decision-making to take listeners inside the crisis, providing helpful takeaways that can be applied to any business plan. On Crisis also explores executives’ ‘aha’ moments, when personal crises helped spawn new perspectives and led to meaningful reinvention.
