Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of investment per day for a lifetime of results.

During crises, there is uncertainty, and uncertainty is very unnerving to people. And so, you can provide certainty just by being open and honest. Here's the situation, here's what we're doing, here's my plan, we do plan on making it through. Here's what we're gonna look like on the other side. And when you layout your forecast, you can share with them. Here is the plan folks. And we will get through this and that's our plan to fight this every step of the way. 

And in almost all cases there's always gonna be somewhere, people just, they don't care and they are out of there. But if you let them know, here's what we're working through. Every company goes through challenges from time to time. It's not like if you go to another company they’re never gonna have a problem, we all have problems. So, if you're upfront with them that will help galvanize the team and a lot of times, these times of stress actually bring companies together.
