The Alan Sanders Show

On today’s special bonus episode, recorded live from the Road to Majority Conference in Washington, D.C., put on by the Faith and Freedom Coalition, I was able to sit down with Georgia State Senator Shawn Still. While new to public office, Shawn became instantly embroiled in the Big Fani Willis RICO case surrounding Donald Trump, having been also charged in that case. We spend the opening of the interview discussing how the indictment occurred and what he has been doing since to fight it. While a few people took plea deals to avoid the cost, Shawn is focused on clearing his name and in...

The Alan Sanders Show

Today’s Friday episode opens, as is customary, with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News Items the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t tell you about this week. It’s always great to go through those in rapid-fire style before diving into the news stack. Nothing says celebrating Independence Day like illegal migrants on the streets of Philadelphia lighting American flags on fire, while waving those of Palestine and Hamas. And, since I’m discussing pro-Hamas, pro-terrorist, anti-Semite, anti-Constitutional, anti-America people, let’s check out four members of the Squad. It seems Rep. Alexandria...

The Alan Sanders Show

On today’s special bonus episode, recorded live from the Road to Majority Conference in Washington, D.C., put on by the Faith and Freedom Coalition, I was able to sit down with John Spagnola, President and CEO of Veterans Strategic Solutions. One of the main items John wanted the audience to know is about informed consent and that our veterans need to know it is not just their right, but it’s required. Veterans Strategic Solutions was created to form alliances and strategic coalitions, irrespective of political affiliation, in order to enlighten, inform and increase awareness and to...

The Alan Sanders Show

Today’s show opens with two members of the The Squad and how they do not put America or the Constitution first. We recap a bit of AOC’s tantrum and threat to file impeachment charges against the members of the Supreme Court of the United States who refuse to do what she tells them. Then, we recap a rally in Ilhan Omar’s district where the Prime Minister of Somalia tells everyone that Ilhan does not do what’s good for her, for Minnesota or the United States. Illhan does what’s good for Somalia. We then continue our deep dive into the Legacy/mainstream media playing CYA in the wake of...

The Alan Sanders Show

On today’s special bonus episode, recorded live from the Road to Majority Conference in Washington, D.C., put on by the Faith and Freedom Coalition, I was able to sit down with Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) to discuss the ongoing work of the J6 Subcommittee, the over-regulation of the Biden Administration and the expectations of a Trump Administration. Congressman Loudermilk represents northwest Georgia’s 11th Congressional District. He serves as a member of the U.S. House Financial Services Committee and the Committee on House Administration. He also serves as the Chairman of the Committee...

Where the real hiring is taking place, the Dems only care about power, more immunity reaction and Rep Hunt on character show art Where the real hiring is taking place, the Dems only care about power, more immunity reaction and Rep Hunt on character

The Alan Sanders Show

Today’s show first opens with the real job openings and how the Biden Department of Labor is intentionally fudging the numbers by flooding the federal workforce with employees who don’t produce a thing toward our GDP or our economy. The government cannot do a thing without first confiscating our wealth through taxes. The next big chunk of the show is dedicated to the continued fallout from last Thursday’s debate and the efforts by Democrat leadership do figure out how to stay in power. That’s a topic I found myself circling back to throughout the show. The Democrat leadership is not...

Damage control and Biden takes no responsibility, SCOTUS and immunity and the VP continues her pandering show art Damage control and Biden takes no responsibility, SCOTUS and immunity and the VP continues her pandering

The Alan Sanders Show

Today’s show dives into the fallout and the spin over the last 72 hours since the CNN debate where Joe Biden had a disastrous evening. We open with a reminder of what the media was projecting ahead of time, suggesting Biden was going to easily defeat Trump. We then look at the fallout and the discussions across Legacy/mainstream media, Democrat leaders and the strategy of the Bidens, specifically Jill and Hunter, moving forward. We also discuss the First Lady and the timing of being on the cover of Vogue magazine. It looks like Joe Biden is once again finding a way to blame everyone but...

Jim’s political career stretches over three decades. He served as a Chief of Staff in Washington, D.C. He has also been a communications, grassroots, and political consultant during that time. Through his company, he provided consulting in public policy and public relations; business research; media strategies; and on-the-ground consulting for political campaigns and...

The Alan Sanders Show

Today’s show is a little longer due to the many sound bites I have from last night’s CNN Presidential debate. Before we get there, we open this Friday episode with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News items the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t tell you about this week. Once we dive into the debate, it takes up the vast majority of the rest of the show. We dive into all the hoaxes Biden memorized and the many cringe-worthy moments Biden struggled through last night. The night was so bad for Biden that I couldn’t find any Legacy/mainstream media outlets who were praising Biden’s performance....

For a fitness first Saturday, it was my pleasure to welcome personal trainer, Susan Delmonico of SJD Health and Fitness, to the show. Susan brought up the topics of overall fitness and how important it is, especially as we age. We also discuss going through your cupboards and taking stock of the food choices that have been made in the past. From there, it's time to put a new shopping/meal plan in place. Yes, buying fresh fruits and vegetables can be more costly, but there are way to mitigate your bill. Pay attention to sales, loyalty discount cards and coupons. Learn to plan your meals for the week based on what's on sale at the grocery store. Plan for at least one of those meals to provide leftovers or the option for a second meal.

Once you get in the habit of meal planning, it really only takes 15-20 minutes to do. Finally, even if you do not have weights or access to a gym, there are ways to exercise your core muscles. Your core is all about balance and providing the base for all other exercises. Strengthening your core can be done by using the weight of your own body. You can work at home with no additional cost to your budget.

If you are interested in finding a personal trainer to get you on the path to health and wellness, reach out to Susan today at [email protected]. You can also find her website at SJDHealthandFitness.com or GeorgiaPersonalTrainer.com. You can also find her on Facebook and Twitter
