Release Date: 09/15/2024
The Hilarious Hypnotist
Rather than do the covert hypnosis, like Traci does with most of her Hilarious Hypnotist sessions, she opted for traditional hypnosis due to the amount of baggage Lou Ann was carrying. In this episode, we find out how Lou Ann did immediately after her hypnosis session, and tie up some of the loose ends. Episode Highlights: Lou Ann shares bits of her experience in the hypnosis session, including seeing "pink bubbles." Traci creates an anchor and a trigger for Lou Ann, to help lock in the changes for permanence. Traci relates a story about her "fire" and "water" meditations from her...

Lou Ann, like many of my clients, had a crappy childhood. And while she's done a lot of work on herself, she is still carrying the anger of those experiences over 60 years later! You won't believe how Traci begins to clear 60 years of crap in 60 minutes or less. Episode Highlights: Lou Ann reveals personal details of her upbringing: she was verbally and sexually abused and explains how she became very angry at Jesus for saving everyone else but her. Tired of the abuse, she moved away at 17 with the help of some friends. Lou Ann admits her upbringing made her strong,...

WARNING: THIS EPISODE DEALS WITH ANIMAL ABUSE THAT MY CLIENT WITNESSED AS A CHILD AND MAY BE UNSUITABLE FOR SOME VIEWERS/LISTENERS. While going through her notes, Traci decides to clean up some loose ends regarding...

The problem is...she has unresolved issues with him stemming from childhood. At one point, Amy was in a serious car accident with a head injury. Due to a major disagreement between Amy and her step-mom, Amy's dad asked Amy to leave...

In this episode, I catch up with Lori Ann, who worked with me to quit smoking and totally changed her life in the process. She shares how she finally let go of cigarettes (even the secret stash in her freezer), went on a bucket-list cruise, and started fully stepping into her gifts as an empath and spiritual healer. We talk about everything from swimming with dolphins to grounding, spirit teams, addiction recovery, and what it’s really like to live in a nudist community. Lori Ann’s story is raw, honest, funny, and full of heart. Whether you’re on your own healing path or just love a good...

In this episode, Traci helps Amy recenter and ground herself, and shows her a couple of soothing techniques. When she asks Amy if there's anything she can help with, Amy asks for help with an unhealthy relationship she had with Eli. Using The Hilarity and Hypnosis Approach, Traci breaks the bad feelings for Eli using karaoke songs that Amy likes to sing. At the end of the session, Amy thanks Traci for saving her life, as she was collecting meds with the intent to overdose after her dog Sweet Pea died. She tells how she threw out the medications after her first session...

Amy is back for her 3rd session with The Hilarious Hypnotist (see previous episodes 17, 18, & 45). In Episode 45 (April of 2024), she was newly sober and worried about slipping back into drugs and alcohol when it was time for her beloved dog, Sweet Pea, to transition. In January, Sweet Pea passed, and then Amy lost 2 more family members the same week. A few weeks later, she lost her friend Julie at the age of 43. While at Julie's celebration of life, she meets James, and a lovely romance begins. James is polyamorous like Amy, but when he leaves to visit his...

As we dig deeper into Terri's despair concerning the election results, Traci focuses on the importance of practicing happiness. She shows Terri her happiness journal, and shares the 5 tabs: happy memories, affirmations, goals, gratitude, and inspirational quotes. At one point, Terri's inner voice tells her to give up and quit because she's never going to do it. At this point, Terri makes a huge, emotional breakthrough...and connects some of her behaviors to her mother. By the end of the session, Terri vows to not live life like her mother, and finds herself much less "triggered" by Donald...
info_outlineDO NOT LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE WHILE DRIVING!!! The Hilarity and Hypnosis Approach uses humor to kill the triggers, but since this is Skylar's third session, enough triggers have been addressed that it's time to start using HYPNOSIS to build up the behaviors that Skylar wants for herself. Using characteristics from her role models, The Hilarious Hypnotist Traci begins creating a recording she can listen to every night. She also does a mini-regression, taking Skylar back to the pre-teen who had all of her things taken away, and letting her know she's going to get all those things back and more sometime in the future.
Skylar visualizes a room with red and white sheets of paper, symbolizing past hurtful words and positive affirmations. They metaphorically tear up the red sheets and dispose of them, symbolizing letting go of past traumas. Skylar then fills the room with white sheets, representing positive characteristics and accomplishments. They also address specific past traumas, such as being bullied and losing a dog. The session concludes with Skylar feeling lighter and more at peace, having processed and released past hurt.
