About Alex:

In July 2015, Alexandra began documenting her Heroine's Journey on LinkedIn. Every single thing that you'd be scared of sharing publicly, Alexandra either wrote about, videoed or spoke about over the years to disarm some of the societal conventions that keep these topics taboo.

After finding herself in a leadership position at 24, she experienced a quarter-life crisis that led to leaving the corporate world and creating a new definition of success. Since then, Alexandra has been named LinkedIn Top Voice UK and become an official LinkedIn Learning Instructor with over half a million learners taking my courses.

Shortly after, she co-created a side project called #LinkedInLocal, events inviting LinkedIn connections to meet in real life, which became the biggest hashtag campaign on LinkedIn. Creating communities in 100 countries and 1,000 cities with no budget before handing over the reins to LinkedIn.

However, at the peak of her entrepreneurial career as a Leadership Trainer, LinkedIn Coach & International Keynote Speaker she suffered a miscarriage and was plunged into grief, triggering a Dark Night of the Soul where she lost her identity, career, relationship, and joie de vivre.

From there Alexandra began taking an interest in how we deal with loss and what it can teach us about love and how to truly live. She began learning that creativity can be a pathway to healing, mythology can be the alchemy for transformation, and writing can be a way back home.

Alexandra's healing journey led to a nine-month sabbatical at the start of 2023 to reconnect with her roots in Colombia and Morocco, researching family ancestry and genealogy.
