· Carbohydrates can play a crucial role in a balanced diet and should not be completely eliminated.
· Mental and emotional relationships with food can be affected by restrictive diets like keto.
· Keto is a therapeutic tool but may not be suitable for everyone, especially those without metabolic issues.
· The duration of a keto diet matters; short-term use can be beneficial, but long-term adherence may have drawbacks.
· Keto can raise dopamine levels but may lower serotonin, affecting mood and mental health.
· A balanced approach to nutrition, including fiber and carbohydrates, is essential for overall health.
