3 Lessons Learned
- If it sounds too good to be true… It’s not true.
- When discussing money, time spent working, benefits, with your (potential) employer - always do it through email vs phone calls. Print the emails. Screenshot emails and texts. Forward the emails to your personal email account so as not to lose them if communicating through a business account
- “Sweat equity” in someone else's dream is free labor. You might as well focus on pursuing your own dream - the pay is the same, but the payoff is all yours!
