Her approach blends narrative therapy, neuroscience, and the Enneagram to help clients reconnect with self-trust, rediscover their authentic identity, and move forward with purpose.
Through her book Cracked Open, Michelle shares her journey of breaking free from restrictive belief systems while offering readers practical tools for growth and resilience. She’s also known for her engaging workshops on mindset transformation, emotional awareness, and leadership development.
