He is a Maryland native who relocated to Colorado in 2016 after spending almost a decade in NYC working in the music industry. Upon arrival in Colorado Scott launched Strategic Leverage, LLC a boutique marketing agency. Strategic Leverage has a very niche focus on vendor booth immersive activations, event sponsorships, VIP product placement, and content creation.

Scott has worked on projects with the Mile High 420 Festival, Denver Fashion Week, My 420 tours, Bootsy Bellows Aspen (X Games events), and product placement with action sports athletes and VIPs during X Games weekend in Aspen, Colorado.
Once Covid happened there were no events to work on so Scott and SL, LLC pivoted and launched BloomMaryJane.com. The concept for Bloom Mary Jane was to promote Global Cannabis News, Product Reviews, and Creative Spotlights focusing on designers, artists, and musicians who use cannabis in their creative process. In late 2020 Scott decided to partner with some white label manufacturing facilities to produce Bloom Mary Jane CBD products. Currently, BloomMaryJane.com
In early 2021 Scott decided to add a second product into the Bloom Mary Jane CBD line up. Flore Cura means "Bloom Care" in Latin and it’s the name of the 10mg CBD Cranberry and Bamboo skincare face mask that BloomMaryJane.com just released. Currently, Scott is working on relaunching Bloom Mary Jane to focus on more of an e-commerce CBD marketplace and less of a content-driven blog. "We plan to add a wide array of products into our marketplace in 2021 from our own brand and even others that fit within our ethos. The focus is on luxury products that align with our self-care and active audience”- @StratgeicScott.
