One of the challenging things in understanding stress and kids is that there are many causes. Sometimes we look more on the outside influences, but it can be internal within the family structure, too. That's what makes it tough.
Who wants to say that you're causing your kiddos stress?
No mama what's to admit to that, but there is truth to it. And it's vital to look at what is happening inside and outside the home in order to better help your child.
And ultimately, that's where our focus should be. Don't take stress personally. Look at it from a factual perspective and come up with a plan to neutralize it.
