info_outlineDr. Ilse Garcia is a pelvic floor physical therapist who specializes in helping women move freely, confidently, and leak free in any stage of life. She is a Postpartum Certified Exercise Specialist (PCES) through Core Exercise Solutions and clinically trained by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Additionally, she has undergone a three-year mentorship and training in myofascial release pertaining to pelvic and orthopedic issues. Ilse received her doctorate in physical therapy in Texas and moved to Las Vegas May 2023.
Dr. Garcia is driven by her mission to shed light on pelvic floor dysfunction and women’s health issues, as they can limit one’s ability to do the things they enjoy. Seeking pelvic health services and bringing up personal issues to providers can be a scary thing for many of us. Let's be honest - it isn't easy to speak about these issues openly. Dr. Garcia's message is that women do not need to settle with living with these issues and simply putting a bandaid. She wants women to listen to this and feel empowered to ask the right questions and find help that will help provide them the freedom to do the activities they love and enjoy.
