What we don't talk too much about, but definitely exists, is the presense of negative momentum both in our personal habits and inside organizations. Negative momentum can hinder progress and performance, so I'm digging in and discussing how to combat negative momentumand providing three key steps for shifting negative momentum into positive momentum.
