info_outlineWelcome episode 194! It feels good to be approaching 200 episodes. Thank you for tuning in and supporting the podcast. :)
On today's episode I'm digging into the #eratrend (yes, I know it started last year and Taylor Swift definitely had something to do with it) that continues to be shared on social media. I'm sharing why I love this trend and how you can use it to motivate yourself and build in some levity and fun as you work on parts of yourself.
I'm exploring the concept of eras, giving examples of some of my favorites, like the Villain Era and Healing Era and discussing why naming your 'Era' can help you get more specific about your goals (and why this is important).
Whether it's physical transformations, travel experiences, career achievements, or embracing single life, these eras bring color and richness to your journey. So, if you're not a social media person and don't feel like sharing your journey there, I'd love to hear about the era you're in. Remember, life consists of various chapters, and it's something to celebrate. Let the era trend serve as a prompt to prioritize what's important to you right now and garner the support needed to make it happen.
REMINDER!!
Ascend is open for enrollment and I am so excited to work with another amazing group of women. Get all the details at the link below and if you have questions, please send an email. Maybe it's time to focus on your Ascend Era?
