info_outlineHello and welcome to the next episode of the Inside Devon podcast, My name is Damien Clyburn and today we are joined by Minaxi Chauhan-Challis or Tina, the Samosa Lady.
Tina’s family originate from the Gujarat region of North West India and she brings a whole range of authentic Gujarati food to Devon.
Her passion for traditional Gujariti food started at a very young age and she has turned that passion into a thriving business.
During the show we’ll talk about her career journey leading up to the Samosa Lady being created, how she has developed the business, the range of food she offers and the plans for the future. We also speak about a range of other interesting topics.
I really enjoyed my chat with Tina, and I hope you do to.
