Iron Mill was founded over 40 years ago in 1981 and this year is their 40th anniversary. The college takes its name from a stream ‘engine’ that ran past its original home on the edge of Exmoor. The College is now based in the centre of Exeter and has a further training centre in Poole.
During the show we talk to Rose about her career journey, her current role as Principal and ‘CEO’ at the Iron Mill College and their plans for the future. We also talk about her interests outside of work and a whole range of other interesting topics.
