info_outlineWelcome to the next episode of the Inside Devon podcast, today we are joined by Andy Taylor.
Andy is a Sport Performance and rehabilitation specialist and runs his business Taylormade rehab with his wife Claire.
Taylormade Rehab offer strength and conditioning coaching for lifestyle and performance programmes, injury management, nutritional, biometric and wellbeing monitoring and Pilates.
Having been a professional footballer for nearly 10 years, Andy has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the requirements of being a top athlete. He has experienced the lows of suffering injuries and therefore can empathise with athletes when they get them and advise accordingly.
Andy is passionate about his work and has a great sense of responsibility to provide effective Strength and Conditioning to aid athletes in the prevention of injuries and maximizing their abilities.
As we had so much to talk about, we have split the show in to two parts, during episode 1 we talk about Andy’s professional sports career, his injury, and his time with Exeter City.
During the second episode, we talk about Taylormade Rehab, the range of services they offer and their plans for the future. We also speak about a range of other interesting topics.
Please make sure you listen to both episodes and I hope you enjoy them.
