About Nikki:
Nikki (MindfulNikki), has a Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, the birthplace of the modern mindfulness movement. She is a Mom of two teenage girls who both have their hand in sharing mindfulness as well. Nikki has been creating and offering mindfulness programs throughout the greater Miami area for about a decade. She is also the author of a simplified version of her program called, “The JustBE Mindfulness Guidebook”.
